Longevity Medical Spa | Oklahoma Brand Photographer

Branding photography is a must for businesses these day. I love doing it because I get to combine my love for photography with my love for business. I always enjoy reading over my client’s detailed brand questionnaires. I learn what their brand is all about so that I can plan a useful and creative session for them. After having to put into words all the details of their brand, they walk away with specific language they can use across their website and social media.

Longevity is an Oklahoma City medical spa that has recently co-located with Angels and Sages day spa. As soon as you walk through the door, you are immersed in a beautiful mix of tranquility and relaxation combined with medical elements. The goal with this branding session was to showcase the new location, highlight the friendly and professional staff interacting with customers, and provide my client with an entire gallery of versatile brand images that can be used across social media, website, and email campaigns.

With every shot I take for branding photography, I’m thinking about captions that can be used with it on social media or where it could be placed on a website. I’m going to walk you through my thinking for this session!

Give your potential customers a glimpse inside your business.

If you’re a service based business, it’s great to have action shots of staff interacting with clients.

Detail shots are a great way to show off your brand’s personality.

The foot sanctuary is an important part of the spa’s business so I wanted lots of different shots that could be used for promotion on Facebook and Instagram.

Here’s another example of getting several different shots for multiple different social media posts and uses.

Botox is a popular service the medical spa offers so capturing branding images for this was important.

Another thing I always try to do in my branding sessions is take images with a good amount of negative (blank) space. This gives my clients the option to add words to the photo using a site like Canva. This is a creative way to make visually appealing promotional materials.

Last but not least, product images make great content!
