By checking the boxes below, the Client agrees to the following terms of the Ambassador Program for Paige Rains Photography. *

I will use Paige Rains Photography exclusively as my photographer while participating in the Ambassador Program.

I will share the images from my sessions on social media in at least three posts per session and tag Paige Rains Photography.

I will tag Paige Rains Photography in any local ISO photographer posts on social media.

I will share images from my sessions in at least two local social media groups and tag Paige Rains Photography.

I will be flexible and as available as possible when Paige reaches out to schedule a session.

I will provide a 5 star Google review for Paige Rains Photography and a testimonial for marketing use.

I will work with Paige on styling for the sessions.

I will provide honest feedback so that Paige can improve her business and better serve her clients.

I will purchase at least one print product and will allow Paige to photograph it either in my home or create an unveiling video in her studio.

I understand that the sessions are free and will come with a limited number of digital images (full sessions include 15 images and mini sessions include 5 images). Additional digital images can be purchased.

I will fill out a blog post questionnaire.

I understand that this is a one year contract, however either party may exit the agreement at any point with written notice.

Model Release: All photos and images taken by Paige Rains Photography remain the sole, copyrighted, intellectual property of Photographer. Photographer may reproduce, use and distribute the photos and images for any personal, business, marketing or studio purpose. Client expressly agrees to release to Photographer any personal or proprietary interest in the photographic materials that result from the session, and agrees that Photographer may showcase, sell, or otherwise distribute photographic materials from the session, including those depicting Client.
