2. Once you sign the contract and book your school, I’ll stop by for a site visit to determine the ideal location, based on lighting, to set up my simple backdrop stand on photo day.

3. I’ll need a student roster provided by the school in order to organize my image folders for each child.

4. I will create a custom page on my website for each school with all the parent information, so all the school has to do is send parents a link before picture day and after the photos are finished.

5. On photo day, I’ll arrive early to set up and be fully prepared to start at our agreed upon time. I’ll spend one to two minutes photographing each child so it moves pretty quickly and doesn’t take up your entire school day!

6. Within 2 weeks of photo day, parents will have access to their child’s gallery for viewing and online purchasing.

I focus on natural expressions and genuine personality rather than stiff poses, forced smiles, and outdated backdrops. I take the time to help each child feel comfortable in front of the camera, creating modern school portraits that feel more personal and authentic.

I typically spend about one to two minutes photographing each student, so picture day moves quickly and doesn't take up your entire school day. I work with your staff to create a schedule that keeps things organized and efficient.

There is no cost to the school. Staff photos are also included at no charge, and each staff member receives one complimentary digital image. Parents are not required to purchase photos.

Prints start at $10, with digital images and print packages starting at $25. Families can choose exactly what they want to purchase, and there is no obligation to order.

Everything is handled online. After picture day, each family receives access to their child's private online gallery where they can view and order photos. Digital images are available for immediate download after purchase, and prints are shipped directly to the family's home.

Edited school portraits are delivered through an online gallery within two weeks of picture day. Parents can then view and order their images online.

Very little. I handle the photography, parent communication, online galleries, and ordering process. Before picture day, I'll need a student roster so I can organize each child's images correctly. I'll also provide the school with a custom webpage containing all the information parents need.
