PowerPlay Electric | Norman, Oklahoma Brand Photographer

When PowerPlay Electric came to me, the goal wasn’t just to “get photos.” It was to create imagery that reflects what it actually feels like to hire them.

Because in a service-based business, especially one that enters people’s homes, trust is everything.

From the very beginning, we built this session around intention. Every image needed to communicate not just what they do, but how they do it.

PowerPlay Electric is rooted in something simple but often overlooked: showing up with care. They’re the kind of team that explains their work, respects the space they’re in, and takes pride in getting it right the first time. That became the foundation for everything we created.

Throughout the session, we focused on real, in-between moments. Conversations with homeowners. Eye contact. The way a technician walks someone through what they’re seeing. These are the moments that quietly communicate trust and transparency, without needing a single word.

We were equally intentional about the environment. Clean tools. Organized spaces. Uncluttered backgrounds. Every detail in the frame was chosen to reflect the respect they bring into someone’s home. Because people notice that, even subconsciously.

We also captured the craftsmanship behind their work. Close-up images of hands in action, precise installs, and the small details most people would normally overlook. This is where their expertise becomes visible. Not something they have to claim, but something you can clearly see.

At the same time, we made sure the brand felt human. Relaxed interactions. Natural expressions. A sense of ease in the way they move and work. Professional, yes, but never cold or transactional.

And finally, we documented the outcome. Clean, finished work. Spaces put back together. The quiet sense of completion that says, “this was done right.”

Because at the end of the day, that’s what their customers are really buying, peace of mind.

This session is a perfect example of what happens when brand photography goes deeper than surface-level content. It becomes a tool for connection. A way for potential clients to feel something before they ever reach out.

If your small business is going through a rebrand or maybe you’re just starting out, high-quality branding photos is a must. Click the button below to get started.
