Paige Rains will need to come into the school prior to photo day to pick an optimal shooting location.

Paige Rains is a natural light photographer and at her discretion, she will choose an ideal location based on light.

Paige Rains will provide all equipment on photo day.

Paige Rains will be the only photographer on photo day.

Another photographer may not provide professional school portraits to the school within 60 days of the scheduled photo day with Paige Rains.

Paige Rains will need a parent volunteer or staff member to bring the children to have their photos taken during photo day.

The school will provide student rosters to Paige Rains no later than two weeks before scheduled photo day.

The images are copyright protected. The school does not have permission to make copies for sale, or other distribution in any manner that circumvents the sale of these images by the photographer.

The school agrees to send out information to parents in a timely manner, no later than one week before photo day.

Staff members will each receive one free digital image.

The school has reviewed the product price sheet and approves of the prices and terms.
